Tucked away on the 8th floor of The Source Hotel, where the vibrant flavors of Latin America come together with the local expertise of our well versed team of hospitality all stars. We have created an incredible private dining culinary masterpiece for you and a select few to enjoy while gazing out over your own private terrace. Sit back and relax with a cocktail, vibe to your own playlist, as our team prepares a 4 course meal to be shared by you and all of your guests. Begin with our Peruvian Ceviche and Crushed Avocado, 2nd Tacos Al Pastor, Tacos De Hongos and Esquites, 3rd Carne Asada and Peruvian Roasted Half Chicken, finish with Pina Colada Cachanga and Leche Asada. This experience can be enjoyed by groups of 6 to 20.
